Chairperson
Fitri is a passionate educator who began her journey as a classroom teacher, driven by a love for learning and meaningful engagement in education. With 17 years of experience in SPK schools, she focuses on compliance, collaboration, and school improvement. She is committed to strengthening alignment between SPK schools and the Indonesian government to support students, educators, and the wider educational community.
Oscarina Dewi Kusuma
Deputy Chair
Dewi is an experienced and passionate educator with over 2 decades of professional practice. She holds a Master’s degree in Education Administration and currently serves as Deputy Head of the whole school at Global Jaya School. Dewi has contributed as a module writer for the Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru and the Guru Penggerak Programme. Dewi is also a trainer for both teachers and school leaders, focusing on leadership, student agency, differentiated instruction, and strategic school development. Dewi serves as the Deputy Chairperson of Perkumpulan SPK Indonesia.
Julianti Hadi Purnami
Secretary
Julianti Hadi Purnami (known as Ibu Julie) is an education practitioner with over 29 years of experience in national and international schools in Indonesia and abroad. She currently serves as Principal of Early Years and Primary at Cita Buana School and pioneered the establishment of a Learning Support Unit. She is active in the SPK Indonesia Schools Association and, since 2023, has served as a Brand Ambassador for the International Curriculum Association.
Yohanes Soeharto
Treasurer
Yohanes serves as Director of Administration at Mountainview Christian School, Salatiga, with over 20 years of experience in academic leadership and school operations. His work spans strategic planning, governance, human resources, and sustainable school systems. He also serves as an Accreditation Assessor and Commissioner for ACSI Asia-Pacific. Active in SPK Indonesia since 2021, he currently serves as Treasurer on the Core Executive Board, supporting governance, financial stewardship, and collaboration among SPK schools nationwide.
Fionne Lengkong
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE
Fionne is a Trustee of the Kornelius International Foundation, which oversees Manado Independent School, SMA Advent Tanah Putih, and SMP Kornelius Tanah Putih. She has been involved with SPK Indonesia since its establishment, serving as the coordinator for members in Eastern Indonesia. She has also served as a Division Secretary and currently serves on the Government Relations Committee.
Vivi Lestari
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE
Vivi began her career in the hospitality sector, working for 16 years across various departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources, with her last position as HR Services Manager. In 2013, she joined the British School Jakarta and started her role in the Human Resources Department, where she was responsible for HR operations, services, and expatriate formalities, before moving into a strategic role as Government and Community Relations Senior Manager. With this experience, Vivi hopes to contribute her best to SPK Indonesia.
Harumdah
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
Harum joined Sekolah Pelita Harapan Sentul in 1994 as a Biology teacher, after previously teaching at SMAK 1 BPK Penabur Jakarta for four years. She served as the School Principal of SPH Sentul, overseeing levels from Kindergarten to Senior High School, for more than 25 years. In the 2026/27 academic year, she will serve as an Advisor at SPH Sentul. She has strong expertise in leadership, educational management, the International Baccalaureate (IB), Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama (SPK), and international accreditations such as CIS, NEASC, WASC, and ACSI. Her academic background in Biology and a Master’s degree in Educational Management complement her role as an education practitioner.
Made Rusmantini
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
As an experienced educator, Made served as a teacher and Vice Principal at the national level before serving as Secretary of the Swamitra International Foundation. As a dedicated writer, her passion is fully focused on strengthening literacy. She is committed to integrating strategic management with the world of writing to educate the nation's next generation through innovative education and broader access to literacy.
Yustanti Limardi
PUBLICATION & COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Yustanti Limardi is the School Director of Karunia Global School, with more than 14 years of experience in the education sector. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom, and has expertise in educational leadership, policy development, and institution building based on international standards. She currently serves as a member of the Publication and Documentation Committee of the Indonesian SPK Schools Association.
Yenny Chandra
PUBLICATION & COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Yenny is an educator with more than 20 years of experience in teaching, learning, and educational management. As the Academic Director of Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri Jakarta, she plays a strategic role in realizing the school’s vision and mission through an adaptive and inclusive learning environment. She views education as a catalyst for change and is committed to building an inclusive learning ecosystem for students while empowering teachers through continuous professional development. In addition, she is active in the Publication and Documentation Committee of SPK Indonesia. Yenny believes that collaboration and leadership integrity are key to positive change in society.
Rutdiana Anggodo
PARTNERSHIP COMMITTEE
Rutdiana is an education practitioner with over 25 years of experience and is known as a versatile and highly committed contributor. Her expertise as a curriculum developer is reflected in her ability to design and implement impactful learning structures. As a trainer, she actively shares knowledge and experience and engages with various educational organizations to foster collaboration and collective progress.
Yulianto
PARTNERSHIP COMMITTEE
Yulianto currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Global Prestasi School, with more than 19 years of experience in education. He previously served as the Elementary School Principal at GPS for seven years. In his current role, he leads strategic initiatives, financial operations, and data analysis to support school growth. He also serves as the Chairman of the UPH Master of Education Alumni Association (2023–2028).
Cokorda Agung Anre Juniana
MEMBER RELATIONS COMMITTEE
Cok Anre is an education leader with two decades of experience in teaching, quality assurance, and school improvement across Early Years to Secondary levels. He currently serves as Head of Accreditation and School Advancement at Dyatmika School. He contributes to SPK Indonesia through the Member Relations Committee. He supports many local schools by strengthening governance, learning quality, and sustainable improvement practices.
Lius Iman Santoso Ciputera
MEMBER RELATIONS COMMITTEE
Lius is an education practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in national and SPK (International Cooperation Education Unit) schools. He currently serves as the Director of Operations at Karunia Global School, focusing on institutional governance, strengthening academic quality, and integrating technology into learning. He has experience in both national and international accreditation processes, including ASIC, and serves as an Assessor for the Sekolah Penggerak Program under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. His commitment centers on developing professional, accountable, and sustainable educators and school systems.
Yuliana puspitasari
MEMBER RELATIONS COMMITTEE
As a member of the Member Relations Committee of the Indonesian SPK Schools Association, Yuliana plays a role in strengthening strategic partnerships between the association and member schools through effective two-way communication, as well as amplifying the voice of schools in the formulation of association programs and policies. With more than 18 years of experience as a teacher, principal, and academic director, and an M.Ed. from Harvard University, Yuliana promotes cross-school collaboration to build a visionary, sustainable SPK education ecosystem that contributes to the quality of national and global education.
Johannes Daniel
SOCIAL COMMITTEE
Johannes Daniel serves as the Executive Principal at the SPK Kinderfield-Highfield School Cirebon. He completed his undergraduate studies (S1) at Parahyangan Catholic University. His commitment to personal growth and leadership is currently reflected in his pursuit of a Master’s degree (S2) at Ciputra University. Being part of the Social Committee of the Indonesian SPK Schools Association is a calling for him. He believes that the presence of SPK schools in Indonesia should bring a positive impact to the national education landscape.
